Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or used/opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Email us with a description and photo of the issue.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
